Yes – I worked with Mat to get the account fixed. New AD accounts for users that are using SfB Online need to still be enabled on the premise pool with the following cmdlet:
Enable-CsUser -Identity "username" -SipAddress "sip:username@mainetoday.com" -HostingProviderProxyFqdn sipfed.online.lync.com
